Evaluation contest to take place Oct 28
Evaluation is an important part of Toastmasters as it is the tool we use to help members improve. On Oct 28, we will hold our Evaluation contest.

During the contest, contestants will evaluate a test speaker. After the test speaker has spoken, all the contestants will be escorted outside the room where they will have 5 mins to prepare their evaluations. After 5 mins, all notes will be collected and contestants are escorted into the room one by one. The speaking order will be determined by a draw before the contest. Contestants will be given their notes when they are about to give their evaluations.

To participate in the contest as a contestant, chief judge, judge, or ballot counter, please contact the contest organizer.

Club elections to be held Nov 25
The current Club Executive term is coming to an end and it is time to elect a new team that will lead the club for the next 6 months (January to June 2027). Club Executive elections will be held Nov 25.

The team will consist of the following individuals:

  1. Club President - leads the club, plans club activities, and chairs meetings
  2. VP Education - plans meetings and works with members to achieve their educational goals
  3. VP Membership - engages with guests and handles membership applications
  4. VP Public Relations - manages our social media and handles guest inquiries
  5. Treasurer - manages the club's finances by collecting dues, paying bills, and keeping financial records
  6. Sergeant-at-Arms - prepares the room for meetings and brings meetings to order
  7. Secretary - maintains club supplies and takes minutes during Executive meetings
If you care about the club, want to play a role in the members' continuing success, and wish to take your personal development and leadership skills to another level, then you have what it takes to be a Club Executive. You will receive training for your respective positions.
